Week Four
I know that I need to stick with this diet; I am much happier and it is rubbing off on the rest of life. I have been happier at work and at home. I just hope I can continue to feel this way.
So far on the diet I have gone from 349 lb to 333.7 lb, that's a total of about 15.3 lb. I think the gym has been a big help. The other day I burned like 900 calories. That's a whole meal and then some. I don't go as often as I should but I know it is what will make or break a diet. Generally during a normal weekday I have a breakfast shake for breakfast and for lunch I have leftovers from the night before. Generally this is a small portion. I figure I have been consuming under 600 calories for these two meals. So if I go to the gym I can actually be at a negative calorie consummation by dinner.

Day 2
Today I decided to make a blog about my journey. I am only planning on making this a weekly chore. I want to share (journalize) how my progress has been going. I want to post my current weight, goals and issues I have had during the week. My plan is to only weigh in once a week. I used to weigh twice a day, when I did not have results every time it would be the much easier to stop dieting. This is not how I am going to approach it this time.
As seen in the title I started my diet on 10/24/2010. I had a hard time not snacking the first day and ended up eating three pieces of sugar free candies (3 carbs) and a pickle (1.5 carbs). Not bad if I had been on the diet for 2 weeks but bad for a first day. Today is the second day and I did good for breakfast and dinner. I was at the school so I was not really able to eat lunch. I ended up eating about a cup of almonds and some pepperoni sticks.
I have done some math and figure I have about 1/3 of my body to lose. It is amazing to think of how much this really is.
